《德国—一个冬天的童话》这是德国海涅于19世纪所写的，他主要是以长诗为写作的素材。
这本书中一共有27章，他主要是写诗人移居到法国的一些经历，以及后面回到家乡探亲所路过的一些城市的见闻与感触，下面就让我们一起来了解一下这部书的主要内容。
这首诗他讲述了许多的内容。
下面就让我一一为大家简单的叙说一下。
第一个部分是诗人在他的故土，他看到一个姑娘在弹琴，感到自己写的诗与他的思想一点都不符合，于是他就唱了一首歌，表达了他所希望的一些理想。
第二部分诗人对普鲁士的军人进行了嘲讽，当时普鲁士国王为他们设计了军队的服装，头盔上面有一个尖顶，诗人把它说成是一旦暴风发作，这样的头盔就会把闪电引导他们的头上。
第三部分诗人去到了科隆市，朦胧的夜色之中，他把教会的事例当做神圣的象征，并且警告教会的一些无赖，一些无法完成的企图只是妄想。
不久之后的将来，人们不会把它完成，并且会很唾弃。
第四部分，诗人去到莱茵桥头，问候莱茵父亲。
第五部分诗人经过了帕德博斯，回忆起了一些传说，并写出了与传说中人物的对话。
第六部分诗人讲述了法国大革命，说到了法国国王路易16和皇后被斩首时，人们的怒火与行动。
第七部分是人去到了一个老城堡里面的一家旅馆，他并不想吃饭，只是想要躺在床上睡觉，但是一直都睡不着，他还看到了一些奇怪的现象，好像是有鬼魂，又似乎有陡峭的山崖。
第八部分，诗人经过了旅行的最终目的地汉堡，并且他认为这些只是美好的现象，是德国的进步。
最后诗人指出伪善的老一代都会消失，新的一代都正在成长。
海涅的这首诗，在思想上具有高度的革命性，并且把浪漫展现的淋漓尽致。

补充资料：亨利希·海涅(HeinrichHeine，1797—1856)德国著名的革命民主主义诗人、散文家、文学批评家。
理论著作有《论德国宗教和哲学的历史》、《论法国的画家》、《论浪漫派》、《莎士比亚笔下的女角》等。
在海涅美学体系中一个鲜明的观点是他反对当时占据德国文坛统治地位的消极浪漫主义。
尽管他的诗歌创作也没有完全摆脱上述的影响，但他提出了积极浪漫主义的主张，指出文艺女神应该是“一个自由的、开花的、不矫揉造作的、真正德国的女孩子，不应该是苍白的尼姑和夸耀门阀的骑士小姐。
”他批判了施莱格尔兄弟和蒂克的创作主张，实质上他们是借宗教的艺术品和退回远古去弥补现实的浪漫派理论上的不足。
这样做只能引导艺术脱离现实，回到原始、野性、幼稚的中世纪时代。
基于这种观点，他对歌德和席勒孰优孰劣进行了比较，他认为席勒更靠近现实世界，所以席勒是应该被赞美的;
而歌德派认为艺术与宗教、道德没有关系，是个遗世孤立的第二世界，因此是不可取的。
事实上，现实世界应该占据首位。
在对歌德的评价上，他认为歌德的世界观是泛神论，是无差别主义者。
他从神的角度去评判歌德，当然无法得出公正的评价。
